Singer/Songwriter Amber Rahman has entered the Country charts with her new release, “Change In The Weather”. The CD which marks the artists solo debut has entered at number 10 on Play MPE’s September 8th Top 20 Streams chart. The CD was co-written and produced by veteran songwriter/producer Paul Lewis and recorded in both Philadelphia and Nashville.
